Northern Railway Quota Recruitment 2025 : भारत में चार प्रकार के रेलवे कोटे हैं, जिसमें उत्तर रेलवे, पश्चिम रेलवे, पूर्वी रेलवे और दक्षिणी रेलवे को चार भागों में विभाजित किया गया है। इन सभी के मुख्य पद भी रखे गए हैं। जिसमें उत्तर रेलवे का रेलवे भर्ती सेल 2025-26 के लिए उत्कृष्ट और गाइड उम्मीदवारों के खिलाफ भर्ती की घोषणा करता है। इस भर्ती अभियान का उद्देश्य मैट्रिक्स लेवल-1 और लेवल-2 के रिक्त पदों को भरना है। सरकार योग्य भारतीय नागरिकों को आमंत्रित करती है, जिनमें राष्ट्र की सेवा करने का जुनून है और गिनती और गाइड गतिविधियों में मजबूत पृष्ठभूमि है, वे ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें। वर्तमान में, केवल 23 पद उपलब्ध हैं, जिनके लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। आवेदन की तिथि 22 5 2025 से शुरू होगी और 22 6 2025 को समाप्त होगी। योग्य उम्मीदवार एक महीने की अवधि के भीतर आवेदन कर सकेंगे। उत्तर रेलवे कोटा के माध्यम से स्काउट और गाइड के लिए भर्ती के अवसर प्रदान कर रहा है। ये पद ग्रुप ए से लेवल II और 18 और लेवल- I के लिए पांच पद जारी किए गए हैं।
भारतीय रेलवे ने लेवल II के लिए ग्रुप ए के लिए पांच पद और लेवल- I ग्रुप डी के लिए 18 पद आवंटित किए हैं। लेवल II के लिए, उम्मीदवार के पास 50% अंकों के साथ 12 पास और आईटीआई मैट्रिकुलेशन होना चाहिए और इसके साथ ही आईटीआई तकनीकी पदों के लिए लेवल- I के लिए 10 पास और लोन तकनीकी पदों के लिए 10 पास होने चाहिए। दक्षिण और पतंग उम्मीदवार जो पिछले पांच वर्षों से इस गतिविधि में शामिल हैं और जिन्होंने राष्ट्रीय और उस स्तर के आयोजन में दो बार भाग लिया है उन्हें पहली वरीयता दी जाएगी। उम्मीदवार की आयु सीमा लेवल II के लिए 18 वर्ष से 35 वर्ष और लेवल- I के लिए आयु सीमा 18 वर्ष से 38 वर्ष निर्धारित की गई है। यहां, विकलांग उम्मीदवारों के लिए एक विशिष्ट आयु सीमा भी निर्धारित की गई है और साथ ही एक सर्विसमैन सेवा अवधि प्लस तीन साल भी आवंटित की गई है। आवेदन शुल्क में सामान्य एवं ओबीसी वर्ग में आने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के लिए ₹500 का शुल्क निर्धारित किया गया है, जो कि नॉन रिफंडेबल है तथा एससी, एसटी एवं महिला, दिव्यांग अल्पसंख्यक वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए ₹250 का शुल्क निर्धारित किया गया है, जो कि रिफंडेबल है। चयन प्रक्रिया को तीन चरणों में रखा गया है तथा अंत में मेरिट के आधार पर अंतिम चयन किया जाएगा।

Northern Railway Quota Recruitment Selection Process
- ऑनलाइन आवेदनों का सत्यापन: सबसे पहले ऑनलाइन प्राप्त आवेदनों का सत्यापन किया जाएगा और फिर उनमें से आवेदकों का चयन किया जाएगा।
- लिखित परीक्षा: आवेदक को लिखित परीक्षा के लिए नियत समय पर केंद्र पर बुलाया जाएगा जिसमें परीक्षा की अवधि 60 मिनट यानी एक घंटा रखी गई है। जिसमें 40 अंकों के प्रश्न और एक 20 अंकों का निबंध रखा गया है। कुल 60 अंकों का प्रश्नपत्र होगा और जिसमें हिंदी और अंग्रेजी भाषा का प्रयोग किया जाएगा। यह परीक्षा केवल दिल्ली शहर में आयोजित की जाएगी
- प्रमाण पत्रों के अंक: अर्थात अभ्यर्थियों का मूल्यांकन करने के लिए उनके द्वारा अपलोड किए गए प्रमाण पत्रों के आधार पर उन्हें अंक दिए जाएंगे। जिसमें राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने पर अधिकतम 10 अंक, उसके बाद प्रथम दो प्रमाण पत्रों में सात अंक, दो या अधिक कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेने पर 10 अंक तथा राज्य या रैलियों में भाग लेने पर 10 अंक, अन्य रैलियों में भाग लेने पर 10 अंक, देश सेवा के सात या अधिक कार्यक्रमों तथा अन्य रैलियों में संबंधित कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेने पर 10 अंक, राष्ट्रीय राज्य अखिल भारतीय रेलवे स्तर के सात या अधिक कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेने पर दस अंक तथा राष्ट्रीय, राज्य एवं अखिल भारतीय रेलवे स्तर पर आयोजित विशेष गणना एवं गाइड पाठ्यक्रम के लिए अधिकतम 10 अंक दिए जाएंगे।
- दस्तावेज सत्यापन: परीक्षा में चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को दस्तावेज सत्यापन से गुजरना होगा जो कि केवल दिल्ली में ही होगा। यहां अभ्यर्थियों को इस दिन ऑनलाइन आवेदन के साथ अपलोड किए गए सभी दस्तावेजों का एक सेट, स्व-सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी, शैक्षिक प्रमाण, जाति प्रमाण पत्र आदि लाना होगा। अंग्रेजी और हिंदी के अलावा अन्य भाषाओं में प्रमाण पत्र स्व-सत्यापित अनुवाद के साथ संलग्न करने होंगे।
- पैनल गठन: जिसमें लिखित परीक्षा में सफल हुए अभ्यर्थियों का मेरिट स्थान और प्रमाण पत्र पर प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर पैनल का गठन किया जाएगा।
- चिकित्सा परीक्षण: जिसमें नियुक्ति के लिए अनुशंसित अभ्यर्थियों को चिन्हित पद के लिए उत्तर रेलवे प्रशासन द्वारा निर्धारित चिकित्सा फिटनेस परीक्षण से गुजरना होगा। यहां विभिन्न प्रकार की रिपोर्ट बनाई जाएगी तथा उसी फिटनेस रिपोर्ट के आधार पर उन्हें उत्तीर्ण किया जाएगा।

- Before applying here, read the detailed employment notification number carefully.
- Then click on the link Apply Online for Recruitment from Scout and Guide Quota to register online.
- Then a login box will appear, click on New User and New Registration and login by providing the required information.
- Then here the application form has multiple parts to fill so that the steps are to read the information and register then fill the application form then make payment and upload the documents.
- Select specific personal options then provide educational qualifications, guidance achievements and other necessary information.
- Along with this, applicants will have to upload scanned copies of the following documents to upload documents. Which includes information like birth certificate, matriculation certificate, scout and guide exam circular etc.
- Then apply for caste certificate in the prescribed format, income certificate for economically backward classes and if applicable, minority or PWD certificate in the prescribed format.
- Then a photograph with full face and a photo of the guide in uniform, besides the mother, beret cap is mandatory for male candidates.
- Then signature and thumb impression of the left hand should be taken.
- Upload a self-attested copy of the certificate of Chief Scout Guide Ranger or Himalayan Wood Badge Holder.
- If you are currently working in government service, then also get NOC from the employer.
- Then pay the application fee and pay online after taking the exam.
- Submit and Print After successfully filling the application, read it completely and then submit it and take a print out of the final application form payment slip for future reference.
